How we work on your new build construction


When we start working on your new building construction we’ll ask you a few simple questions:

  • Have you engaged an architect?
  • Have you involved a structural engineer?
  • Do you have planning permission?

If you’re not quite at this stage, we are very happy to refer you to one of our trusted associates.

We work closely with architects and structural engineers who will create plans for your new build property.

They will also guide you through the planning process to ensure all the necessary permissions are in place.

Offering a turnkey service


It’s at this point that the JMW team can become fully involved. We offer a turnkey service, personally carrying out your new building construction from start to finish.

We start right at the beginning, from clearing the ground, cutting the first turf and putting in infrastructure and utilities. We may need to put in an access route to ensure the site is easy to reach and well-maintained.

Then we handle every stage of the project, throughout the building phase, and engaging trades.

We’ll fit the bathrooms and kitchen, fully decorate to a superior standard and professionally clean the building and site from top to bottom before we hand you the keys. We can even landscape the grounds for you.

From cutting the first turf, to topping out, to handing over the keys – we’re experienced new homes builders and our projects start at around £250,000.
