Spring Grove

This extension project was a case of JMW to the rescue! The client’s had been let down by an existing builder and needed us to come in and take over. 

The frame and bi-folds had already been arranged by a 3rd party however we had to reposition a water pipe that the previous builder had not buried deep enough - this would have led to the pipe freezing and potentially bursting which could have been disastrous. 

After making sure the utilities were suitable we then installed new screeded flooring to the level of the existing structure as this had not been done satisfactorily. We fitted new insulation to the floor, new hot and cold pipework and a new kitchen complete with beautiful engineered wood flooring. The existing larder space was split to create a new downstairs WC.
