Penn House

This project was a two storey side extension with a timber clad lean-to extension to the rear of the property.

Works involved demolishing the original detached garage to make way for an attached double garage to the ground floor and two new bedrooms to the first floor, complete with a Jack and Jill style bathroom in between. 

We installed a new kitchen which now opens into the dining room, making it a much more sociable space! The ground floor was fitted with 75% underfloor heating and the walls insulated with sustainable Steico insulation from Back to Earth. 

The clients wanted to make their home more family friendly and the work we have done has transformed the way they use their house - especially the kitchen area and the children are delighted with their new ensuite!
